Day 3: Your Right to Answered Prayer

As the righteousness of God, you don't have to beg God to hear and answer your prayers. You have a right to stand boldly in His presence and get all the answers you need. Begging does not motivate Him.

Many believers have a case of "mistaken identity." They mistake their relationship with God as a Master-to-slave, rather than a Father-to-child, relationship. They relate to Him like a slave relates to his owner. A slave begs and accepts whatever crumbs fall off of his master's table. A child, on the other hand, knows he has every right to live well, just like his father.

God can't and doesn't find pleasure in faithless prayer. Your prosperity and faith please Him (Psalm 35:27; Romans 1:17; Hebrews 11:6). Therefore, go into His presence with confidence knowing that you are His child and have every right to the best in life. As the righteousness of God, you deserve all He has to offer. You have a divine inheritance of good health, wealth and total life prosperity!

The Cry of the Righteous

Don't take lightly what the Bible says about your inheritance. "Righteousness" is more than a fancy Christian term. It is God's stamp of approval and the key to receiving your inheritance. Unless you are convinced that you are the righteousness of God, you will never develop the assurance that you can have answers to your prayers.

Psalm 34 will encourage you when it seems like your prayers are going unanswered. It is addressed to righteous people who seek the Lord and trust Him. Verses 15 and 17 in the New International Version say, "The eyes of the Lord are on the righteous and his ears are attentive to their cry ¦The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles."

The word cry in these verses is not referring to tears. It means to "call out for help." As the righteousness of God, when we call out to Him in faith, He hears us and delivers us from trouble. Why? Because He is always attentive to our voices and ready to respond when we're in trouble. The faith-filled cry of the righteous is a trigger that causes our Heavenly Father to move quickly on our behalf!

Jeremiah 33:3 is a promise from God which says, "Call to Me and I will answer you and show you great and mighty things" (The Amplified Bible). If you desire for God to do great and mighty things in your family, finances, health and other areas of your life, call on Him in faith. First John 5:14-15 says to have confidence, knowing that when you pray according to the will of God, which is the Word of God, He hears you. And when He hears you, He will grant your requests.

Praying according to the Word gets the Father's attention because He only responds to the language of His Word. It is your guarantee to getting results. You can count on it!

What is the chosen fast?

Isaiah 58:6-13
6 Is not this the fast that I have chosen? to loose the bands of wickedness, to undo the heavy burdens, and to let the oppressed go free, and that ye break every yoke?
7Is it not to deal thy bread to the hungry, and that thou bring the poor that are cast out to thy house? when thou seest the naked, that thou cover him; and that thou hide not thyself from thine own flesh?
 
It is to untie whatever holds you to do wickedness, including the unforgiveness that you hold toward others. Jesus came to destroy all the works of the devil (I John 3:8). This fast is for the purpose of undoing the heavy burdens.

It seems difficult to set aside 7 days of consecration. The fast is to let the oppressed (literally the bruised) go free. "The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised" (Luke 4:18).

The fast is to break EVERY YOKE. The chosen fast is meant to set you free!

My Confessions of Divine Favour 

Concerning Total Life Prosperity:

1. Jesus is the Apostle and High Priest over my profession, and what I profess is the Word of God concerning favor over my life (Hebrews 3:1).
2. The Lord helps me to guard the door of my mouth and trains me not to speak against His favor at work in my life (Psalm 141:3, AMP).
3. I will not allow any corrupt communication to proceed out of my mouth. Instead, I will speak only that which is good, full of grace and edifying to others (Ephesians 4:29).
4. As the righteousness of God, I declare that I am favorable in God's sight (Job 33:26, AMP; Psalm 5:12; Proverbs 14:9).
5. Like Joseph, I prosper wherever I go and in every situation I am in because the Lord is always with me. I, too, experience preferential treatment (Genesis 39:1-6, 21).
6. I am blessed and highly favored (Luke 1:28).
7. I associate with those who are blessed and highly favored so that I may increase in every area of my life (Genesis 30:27).
8. I operate in integrity; as a result, I obtain favor from God (Proverbs 11:27; 12:2).
9. I actively seek and live by God's wisdom; therefore, I am highly favored and esteemed in the sight of God and men (Proverbs 3:1-4; 8:33-35).
10. I declare that God's favor promotes and causes me to increase daily (Esther 2:17; Psalm 75:6-7).
11. The Lord takes pleasure in my total life prosperity (Psalm 35:27).
12. Because I am God's "favorite," I prosper in every area of my life-spiritually, physically, financially, socially and mentally (3 John 2).
13. Because the favor of God shields me, no sickness or disease has a right to live in my body (Deuteronomy 7:15; Psalm 5:12).
14. Wealth and riches are in my house because I am empowered with His anointing and favor to draw wealth (Deuteronomy 8:18; Psalm 112:3).

SPIRITUAL WARFARE PRAYER POINTS
(PREFERABLY PRAYED TWICE - ANYTIME OF THE DAY, AND AT THE MIDNIGHT HOUR)

Spend some time worshipping/praying in tongues (at least 5 minutes)

• Lord, I thank You for Your power and grace and for bringing me this far in this fast; fill me with more of Your Spirit and power today, in the name of Jesus Christ.
• I declare it: I wear the whole armor of God on my spirit man today; I take the helmet of salvation on my head, the breastplate of righteousness on my chest, the belt of truth on my waist, and the shoes of the gospel of peace on my feet. I take the shield of faith on my left hand and the sword of the Spirit on my right hand. I declare I am walking in total victory, breakthrough and triumph on this day, in the name of Jesus Christ.
• You the powers mocking my star, your time is over, be overthrown by the thunder fire of the Holy Ghost, in the name of Jesus Christ.
• My stubborn enemies, hear the word of the Lord, where you have knocked me down shall be my point of breakthrough, in the name of Jesus Christ.
• My Father, I cancel every evil covenant over my star by the blood of Jesus, in the name of Jesus Christ.
• Satan, I recover every good thing you have stolen out of my divine destiny seven-fold, in the name of Jesus Christ.
• You the demons and water spirits assigned to harass my destiny, catch fire and burn to ashes, in the name of Jesus Christ.

• My Father, before this fast is over, let Your favor envelope me and catapult me to the next level, in the name of Jesus Christ.
• Thank You O God for answering my prayers; I receive and embrace all that You have released to me, in the name of Jesus Christ.
